MCIN's People's Voice Media programme is working with Blink Media and
New East Manchester's Resident Liaison Team to run an innovative text
project in east Manchester with the chance to win a mobile phone.
It could be a small change, like taking your kids to the park,
saying hello to your neighbours or joining the library.
Or, it could be a big change like helping out at a local school.
What could you do?

It only costs the same as sending a normal text to your friend’s phone, so if you have free texts on your contract it’s free. You will not be signed up for anything, ever.
