Last Thursday I did some training with staff from Openshaw Community Resource Centre on Catherine Street.

During the day we planned, storyboarded, filmed, copied to the computer, edited and finally uploaded to YouTube.

Here's the finished short video.

So we did start this just before last Christmas to help out
with the Credit Crunch over Christmas.

As the Credit Crunch has now gone and we are in recession and
again it is the run up to Christmas I think it is perfect timing.

We have been working together to make this film it is more
of a fable than a real life story but we as a group just thought it would be
great to experiment on our first attempt at making a film. We do hope you like
it and would also like to give special thanks to Jonathan Taylor who steeped in
like supper man to help out when I was off Sick .

A group from Outlook went to see The Durutti Column at the Pavilion Theatre in Albert Square as part of the Manchester International Festival.
This film captures what they thought of the experience and includes a couple of very short clips of the Durutti Column live.

A group from Outlook in Beswick went to see Da La Soul at the Ritz back in July as part of the Manchester International Festival.Here are a couple of short clips to give you a flavour of the night.

Following on from the video I posted yesterday today sees the second film covering the Manchester International Festival Festival Feast.This time a group from the Openshaw Community Resource Centre went along to the event in Albert Square.See what they thought of  this "foodie" event. 

A little later than I had hoped here is a video of a group from Zest in east Manchester who went along to Festival Feast in Albert Square as part of the Manchester International Festival.
